Our Boarding Policies

Overnight Service: Check-In 9.00am-16.00pm / Check-Out before 12.00 PM. Check-outs after 12.00pm will be charged for an additional day care fee . Pets not collected by 18.00pm will be considered overnight guest and will be charge at additional night stay.
Dog must be more than 3 months old or have done their foundation vaccines. Dog must be healthy, sick dogs are not allow. Pets must be free of ticks and fleas. No skin problem, contagious diseases and in-heat. Please inform staff if your pet have any health issue.
Owner will be responsible for their pets misbehaviour such as: injury to staff and destroy property of Dog Space.
ABANDONED PETS: Owner understands and agrees that if pet is not picked up within 7 days after the scheduled pick up date, the pet shall be deemed to be abandoned and additional boarding charges shall apply, and in such event, Dog Space shall gain legal custody and ownership of the pet and retain the right to keep the pet, or place the pet in a shelter or with animal control, or place the pet in a new home with a new owner, with no recourse by Pet Parents against Dog Space.
Cancellation Policy:

Non holiday period: Boarding reservations must be cancelled with minimum of 7 days notice.
Holiday period: New Year, Chinese New Year and Songkran. Boarding reservations must be cancelled with minimum of 14 days notice.
In case booking date is to be rescheduled, please notify us within 14 days. After 14 days, rescheduling of date is not adjustable.
Deposits are non-refundable for no show or late notice.
